The room I stayed in was a Superior Room Pool Access, offering generous space and good shower pressure. The hotel's location is exceptional, being just a 5-minute walk to Legian beach while also providing a quiet ambiance. Breakfast choices were excellent, as they serve from a set menu rather than a buffet, keeping it fresh and enjoyable.
The lane leading to the hotel was quite dark at night.

Rooms are spacious. A beautiful room features a good-sized TV and a comfortable sofa. The breakfast offers decent choices and is cooked to order, which is a nice touch.
Had a rough start with room assignments, waiting three days for the right arrangements. The air conditioning in multiple rooms didn't work well, and the pool was consistently cloudy and uninviting. Linens could use a good clean, and the sound isolation is lacking-every shout and noise from neighbors feels close. Not exactly my idea of relaxation.

The location was a bit tricky to find down a dark alley, and the pool area could use more sun lounges. But the staff were super friendly!

The pool access was a joy! My girls loved being so close to the water, and the overall vibe was super relaxing. The little hustle of managing our wet towels was worth it for the fun we had!

Clean room with great Wi-Fi, but loud noise from other guests disrupted sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the awesome breakfast and the comfy poolside loungers. The kids loved splashing around in the outdoor pool while we relaxed in the garden area. Only downside was the occasional noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn't ruin our vibe at all! 😊
